Following a successful NetDimensions Partner Conference in Rome, Italy, Xpert Learning kicks off its social media marketing campaign with this new blog, new Twitter and Facebook links.
Social media marketing is a term that describes the use of social networks, online communities, blogs, wikis or any other online collaborative media for marketing, sales, public relations and customer service. Common social media marketing tools include Twitter, LinkedIn, Facebook and YouTube.
Xpert Learning is currently using all of the above tools along with Blogger to pursue this marketing initiatives.
